HELP !!! I need somebody

Help!

Help. I need somebody.

Help, not just anybody

Help, you know I need someone, help.

Help me if you can, I’m feeling down.

And I do appreciate you being round.

Help me, get my feet back on the ground.

Won’t you please, please help me.

Bewustzijn is KEY!

HELP !!!

I need somebody

Help! The pop song – from the Beatles’ eponymous album – written by John Lennon in a period when he was insecure and depressed.  For John it was a cry for help that no one seemed to reach, not even himself.  Later it turned out that at that moment John himself did not even realize what was really going on with him. He did not feel how strong his own cry for help actually was!

Help. I need somebody.

Help, not just anybody

Help, you know I need someone, help.

Help me if you can, I’m feeling down.

And I do appreciate you being round.

Help me, get my feet back on the ground.

Won’t you please, please help me.

I listened curiously to my father who spoke of this song when we had a conversation about the things people show me every day. They are not aware of what is actually going on within themselves and as a result they find themselves going in circles (suffering all the while) and continue going round and round; getting nowhere.

“Without your sessions I wouldn’t be where I am now.”

These are the words that someone spoke to me when we finished our collaboration the previous week. He spoke these words with tears in his eyes and thanked me especially for the fact that through his sessions he was able to experience that emotions are not that scary. That when you express them it is in fact a relief.  The ability to feel ‘okay’ with himself and most importantly, he found himself feeling excited for the future!

The words touched me, and at the same time I notice that I find it difficult to really let them in. In the meantime I know that my personal challenge is here and that it is time for it as well. Because these words have continued to come back to me for several months now.

For me the ‘HELP’ cry that many show, but never consciously feel and fail to find the words for.

My vision and a sentence that I say almost daily: “Once aware you can choose!”

Consciousness is KEY! And this is precisely what many people often lack.

I ask people to finish the following words when they come to me: Help me …

What is special is that people often use the same words.

What are the words that come to you?
There is probably already a little more awareness of what is going on at the moment when you complete the above words in your own way.

Exciting and confronting, but ultimately very ‘nice’ with the need to ‘see’ more in the mirror.

This is generally the feedback that people give me about their sessions with me.

Looking in the mirror is rarely easy, but it is necessary!

Knowing that, do you continue to keep turning in circles or do you dare to look in the mirror?
Which do you choose?

Awareness is one of the steps included in the program of the Being Moved Souljourney to Bali. Do you want to choose? Just shoot me a pm and I will tell you all about it!!
